KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB GIRLS!!

Hi girls, I have been really busy and will be busy the next 2 weeks meeting dateline of assignments but was really happy to read the post and how those who were there enjoyed the long run!! Hee hee!! I enjoyed too.. to me, it doesn't have to be super fast but try to run the pace why everyone is mostly comfortable?? Don't have to wait for each other on purpose yup.. Can move on if you think you can push abit more, but those who needs help, we can always have one person to rotate and support..
I really like the idea of long run before training. So we can book the court from 8-10pm. Start doing warm-up before that and stretching so by 8pm, we can do court work and then games!! Like tat, we won't waste the money that is used to book court and we are ready before the lights are ready!!! hee hee.. i am so happy..
It is really fun when we are doing as a team, as a group.. so continue to strive hard together and constantly cheering each other on..
we are learning a new kind of play for defenders to bring the ball down.. it is something new, something different for us , might have to adjust from our comfort zone but i know we can do it!! so let's meet the challenges ahead and work towards national league soon.. I am looking forward to the next training and with more people coming back after exams, it will be more FUN!!

i am ons for the outing.. we can even have makan time after training if all can make it earlier next time.. hee hee.. yummy.. ok.. getting late.. see u gals..
