ok guys i still prefer to be a little thick skin u see! ha
I'll be having my ACL reconstruction on the 26th Feb Thurs morning 830. Op to be abt 4 to 5 hrs nt including waiting time. It will be held at Alexandar Hospital. Class B2 ward. Dunno which ward no. yet cuz i was nt yet admitted u see. I strongly welcome visitors as long as the hospital allows but no chicken essence pls. HaHa my condition is a lil serious as e tear was prolonged for quite some time.
Well dun miss me so much during the time i'm out.
Anyways, this is also to remind other extremes members that this is not a joke, do take good care of ur legs, work a lil harder to train up ur muscles. Especially since netball is a sport that requires a lot of jumping. Recovery journey will be long.
